About this role

The Director, Enterprise Architecture is a senior leadership role responsible for advancing Fannie Mae’s Enterprise Architecture capability through Application Portfolio Management, Technology Portfolio Management, and AI-enabled architecture practices. This leader will manage EA Platforms and drive transformation towards a model-driven enterprise design, enabling improved decision-making, reduced portfolio complexity, and accelerated delivery through automation, AI, and standardized architectural models. The role partners with business and technology leadership to align investments to enterprise capabilities, reduce fragmentation, and enable modernization through platform strategies and portfolio optimization.

Advance enterprise architecture as a data-driven discipline with AI-enabled workflows
Build and lead a high-performing enterprise architecture and business architecture team
