About this role
The Director of Enterprise Care and Disease Management leads the design and execution of an integrated, enterprise-wide care management model across all lines of business to improve member health outcomes and ensure regulatory and quality standards are met. This senior clinical leader partners across the organization and with external vendors to align disease management, case management, utilization management, behavioral health, pharmacy, and quality initiatives to support population health goals.
