Director, Enterprise Change & Transformation

The Director, Enterprise Change & Transformation provides strategic leadership for enterprise-wide change and transformation, establishing the approach, methodologies, capabilities, and partnerships required to prepare the organization for change, accelerate adoption, and sustain intended business and workforce outcomes. The role serves as a trusted advisor to Cooper leaders, transformation sponsors, project teams, and HR leadership on complex organizational, technology, process, and cultural change. Additionally, the Director leads the strategy and execution of HR communications to ensure messaging and the employee value proposition are authentic, integrated, measurable, and aligned with organizational priorities and corporate brand standards.
