Director Enterprise Model Validation

The Director of Model Validation at Voya leads the independent validation function for enterprise-wide models, including actuarial, asset management, non-financial, and AI/ML models. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Risk, the role ensures model risk is identified, assessed, and mitigated in accordance with regulatory and internal governance standards. The position supports audit readiness, transparency, and risk-informed decision-making across the organization.
