The Director, EPMO – Digital & Data leads enterprise portfolios of Digital and Data initiatives, including B2C transformations and AI innovation, across Wealth Management and Retirement business lines. This role ensures alignment between strategy and execution while driving disciplined delivery, managing risks, and reporting to executive stakeholders in a complex, regulated financial environment. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain portfolio views of digital and data initiatives
Proactively manage portfolio-level risks and dependencies across business lines
Coordinate program and project manager resources based on skills and needs
Produce executive-ready status reports and dashboard materials for leadership
Manage annual planning and monthly budget tracking for technology portfolios
