The Director, Enterprise Strategy leads HOOPP’s enterprise strategy efforts, shaping long-term direction and ensuring decisions are guided by analysis of uncertainty, resilience, and emerging risks. This senior role partners with the Office of the CEO and other leaders to translate complex problems into clear choices, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes. The Director also contributes to enterprise-wide resilience thinking and capability building across the organization.
