Director, Estimating & Preconstruction

BLOX is seeking a Director, Estimating & Preconstruction to lead the company's entire estimating and preconstruction function across all platform categories, including Data Center, Healthcare, and Retail. This role is responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and margin impact of all pricing, owning the historical cost database, and presenting performance metrics to executive leadership and the Board. The position involves setting organizational standards for estimating, managing the preconstruction relational database, and leading the development of new estimating capabilities for emerging building types.
