Director-Ethics

The Director of Ethics provides strategic leadership to develop and integrate a robust culture of ethics across Mercy's hospital and clinic systems. This role focuses on shaping organizational culture, strengthening ethical capacity at all levels, and ensuring the organization's Catholic identity is embedded in daily decision-making. The director partners with senior leadership, caregivers, and community stakeholders to anticipate ethical challenges and foster shared ownership of an ethical environment.
