The Director, Executive Compensation leads the design, administration, governance, and communication of executive compensation and long‑term incentive programs for the C‑Suite and Named Executive Officers. This strategic partner works closely with senior leadership, the Compensation Committee, and the Board to develop competitive, market‑aligned compensation strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage external vendor relationships. The role also oversees a team responsible for executive compensation analysis, equity plan administration, and continuous process improvement.
