About this role
The Director, Executive Recruiting at Skyryse will lead all executive-level (Director and above) recruiting efforts and drive strategic talent initiatives across the company. This hands-on individual contributor role reports to the VP, People and is focused on high-impact searches and recruiting projects to support Skyryse’s growth. The position is full-time and based onsite in El Segundo, California.
