Director - Fabrication

The Director of Fabrication provides leadership across estimating, QA/QC, safety, production, and project execution to ensure fabrication work is completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. This role involves managing the fabrication facility's P&L, developing operating plans, and monitoring key performance indicators for safety, quality, and productivity. The position requires close collaboration with Construction, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to support internal and external fabrication opportunities.
