Director - Fabrication

The Director of Fabrication provides leadership across estimating, QA/QC, safety, production, and project execution to ensure fabrication work is executed safely, efficiently, and within budget. This role involves managing the fabrication facility's P&L, developing operating plans, and monitoring key performance indicators for safety, quality, and productivity. The Director collaborates with various departments to support internal projects and external fabrication opportunities while ensuring compliance with quality standards and client specifications.
