Director, Field Execution and Excellence

Madrigal is seeking a Director, Field Execution and Excellence to lead program management for Field Sales-sponsored initiatives and support the integration of cross-functional initiatives with a meaningful field-facing component. This role serves as a key connection point between Field Sales, other field-facing teams, and home-office partners to ensure priorities are effectively planned, coordinated, communicated, and implemented. The position involves translating strategic national priorities into actionable project plans, driving accountability across teams, and improving field readiness, adoption, and execution.
