Director Field Service

The Director Field Service provides guidance and direction to the Field Service Technician group, managing team efforts to install, debug, and maintain product hardware and software, primarily on customer premises. This role ensures accurate and timely service delivery, including scheduled inspections and minor repairs, while enhancing customer satisfaction through adherence to contracted agreements. The position involves overseeing leaders and teams, developing service strategies, and resolving complex business-critical issues.
