About this role

Senior individual contributor role focused on originating and growing third-party originator volumes for Figure’s Connect Marketplace, leveraging the Demo Prime Warehouse lending platform as a key differentiator. The role owns end-to-end relationships with originators across mortgages, auto, SMB, and corporate lending, and works closely with Capital Markets, Product, and Marketing to deliver a best-in-class participant experience. Over time the hire will help build and mentor a small team to scale coverage and execution.
