About this role

A senior financial leader responsible for providing expertise and oversight of the U.S. SEC reporting process within the Finance organization. The role involves leading the preparation and filing of complex regulatory documents like Forms 10-K and 10-Q, ensuring strict compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX requirements, and managing a team of external reporting professionals.

Responsibilities

Lead preparation and filing of SEC submissions including Forms 10-K and 10-Q
Ensure filings comply with SEC Regulation S-K, S-X, and U.S. GAAP standards
Oversee Management Discussion and Analysis process and financial statement footnotes
Provide leadership and oversight to the External Reporting team of five direct reports
Serve as the primary owner for SOX process and strengthen disclosure controls
