The Director, Finance – Personal Care at Ashland is a senior finance leader supporting the global Personal Care business and influencing strategic financial decisions at the highest levels. This hybrid role is ideally based in Bridgewater, NJ or Wilmington, DE and reports to the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer with accountability to the Senior Vice President and GM, Personal Care. The position offers an opportunity to shape financial strategy for a flagship business within a global specialty chemicals company.
