Director, Finance

As the Director of FP&A for Echo's Supply Chain Solutions segment, you will serve as the primary financial business partner to the President and senior leadership, leading all financial planning, analysis, and performance management activities. This role involves owning the annual budget and long-range plan, producing executive-level management reporting, and building sophisticated financial models to support capital investment decisions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Technology to ensure financial rigor and strategic alignment across the segment.
