About this role

The Director, Financial & Investment Risk is a senior ERM role responsible for ensuring alignment to the company’s risk appetite, regulatory requirements, and business objectives as part of the second line of defense. The position partners across Finance, Investments, Actuarial and other functions to advance risk management practices, inform decision‑making, and support capital and stress testing frameworks. The Director reports to the VP, Financial & Investment Risk and contributes to governance, analytics, and strategic initiatives such as M&A, reinsurance, and multi‑year planning.
