About this role

The Director, Financial Planning & Analysis leads BDC's corporate financial strategy and team, overseeing enterprise-wide budgeting, scenario modeling, and the modernization of FP&A through AI-driven capabilities. This role reports to the Assistant Vice President and drives decision support for senior leadership while championing financial transformation and predictive analytics.
