The Director, Financial Reporting & Internal Controls leads the company's consolidated financial reporting, technical accounting, and global statutory reporting while overseeing the internal control environment. This role partners with senior finance leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and external auditors to ensure high-quality execution of key reporting and control deliverables. The position provides day-to-day leadership and coaching to a small team while managing complex accounting matters and audit activities.
