Director Financial Systems

The Director of Financial Systems oversees the effective and efficient operation of the Workday Finance system and centralized data control for the university and the Virginia Institute of Marine Science (VIMS). The role ensures financial data integrity, compliance, and accurate interfacing with the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Cardinal system to support consolidated financial statements and Tier III status. The director also manages centralized daily production operations and stewardship of financial reporting data.
