The organization is seeking a strategic Director to lead First Party Fraud analytics capabilities and develop data-driven strategies for risk mitigation. The Director will influence enterprise strategies, drive innovation, and serve as a trusted advisor on emerging fraud trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute data-driven strategies to identify and mitigate first party fraud risk
Design and optimize risk-based rules, triggers, and alerting capabilities for fraud detection
Leverage advanced analytics and machine learning to uncover emerging fraud typologies and patterns
Provide strategic oversight to analytics teams to ensure models are risk-based and explainable
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive actionable investigations and strategic decision-making
