Director, Fleet Safety

This role serves as the senior-most safety manager for all private fleet safety operations, responsible for day-to-day safe operations and developing extensive safety processes, policies, and training programs. The position ensures full compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and CSA regulations while acting as the primary liaison with key safety technology and service providers. The Director will manage safety KPIs, oversee the annual safety budget, and lead on-site safety supervisors to reduce risk and improve driver performance.
