Director, Food & Beverage

The Director, Food & Beverage provides hands-on leadership across all food and beverage outlets to ensure the highest luxury service standards are consistently achieved. This role involves leading, coaching, and developing F&B teams to create memorable guest experiences while driving guest satisfaction through active floor presence. The position requires collaboration with various hotel departments to manage budgets, ensure profitability, and maintain compliance with health and safety standards. Additionally, the Director is responsible for developing innovative concepts and promotions aligned with the Raffles brand.
