Director, Formulation Development

The Director, Formulation Development leads oral drug product development across the Tarsus portfolio, reporting to the VP of Manufacturing Operations & Supply Chain. This role is responsible for the scientific strategy and execution of oral formulation and process development through external partners, as well as the leadership and development of internal personnel. The position ensures that formulations, manufacturing processes, and clinical supply plans are scientifically sound, scalable, and aligned with program objectives from preclinical development through Phase 3.
