Director, Foundation Operations & Impact

The Director, Foundation Operations & Impact oversees the operational infrastructure, compliance frameworks, and digital systems for a nonprofit foundation. This role manages grant intake platforms, financial controls, and impact measurement strategies while collaborating with Communications on public-facing content and annual reporting. As a strategic and hands-on leader, the position serves as the operational backbone, reporting to Sr. Director, Corporate Giving & Community Relations.
