Director, Fund Operations

PGIM Private Capital is seeking a Director, Fund Operations to provide senior operational and financial leadership across its global private credit and alternatives platform. This multi-strategy, multi-jurisdiction role involves end-to-end ownership of fund operations, including financial reporting, valuation coordination, investor operations, tax, regulatory compliance, and new product launch coordination. The position requires overseeing fund administrators, managing financial oversight, and leading a high-performing team to drive automation and process improvement.
