Director, Fund Services

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead, grow, and deliver fund services for a portfolio of Guernsey fund and fund-like structures at Mourant Governance Services. You will hold overall accountability for service delivery, people, risk, and performance while partnering with senior colleagues, lawyers, and business development professionals to drive strategy. This role involves growing a high-quality fund administration capability, managing regulatory compliance, and serving as a director on client entities.
