Director, Global Accounting - Mergers & Acquisitions

Director on the M&A team responsible for overseeing technical accounting, financial reporting, and integration activities related to the company’s acquisition strategy. The role partners closely with Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, Tax, Employee Success, and Operations to evaluate transactions and ensure seamless post-close integration. The ideal candidate combines deep accounting expertise across US GAAP, IFRS, consolidation, and stock compensation with strategic leadership and project management capabilities.
