Director, Global Compensation

The Director, Global Compensation leads the strategy, design, and governance of compensation across the global footprint, harmonizing pay practices while respecting local markets and regulatory requirements. This role involves owning the global compensation philosophy, building scalable pay structures, and serving as a key architect of the global job framework. A defining feature of this position is leading compensation integration for M&A activity to bring newly acquired firms onto a consistent job and pay architecture. The Director partners across People & Culture, Finance, Legal, and business leadership to drive cultural alignment and realize synergies.
