Director, Global Finance Training & Learning

As Director, Global Finance Training & Learning at Lonza, the role defines and executes the global strategy for Finance training and learning to strengthen capabilities across the organization. Reporting to senior Finance leadership, the Director leads the Finance Training Academy, ensures governance, and aligns learning initiatives with business strategic priorities. The position involves shaping curricula, managing subject matter experts, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the global Finance community.
