The Director, Global Immigration & Mobility sets the strategy and leads the evolution of programs supporting international hiring, employee relocation, work authorization, and workforce mobility at Expedia Group. This role partners with senior leaders across People & Places, Legal, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to enable workforce mobility while balancing employee experience, operational effectiveness, compliance, and business needs. The position involves modernizing scalable, data-informed solutions and advising on how mobility can drive business growth, talent deployment, and market entry.
