The Director, Global Rewards will lead the design, governance, implementation, and continuous improvement of Astroscale's global compensation, equity, recognition, and reward programs. Reporting to the Executive Officer, SVP of Global Human Resources, the role partners with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure reward strategies support business growth, talent attraction, retention, and engagement while maintaining market competitiveness and internal equity worldwide.
