Director, Graphics & Embroidery

The Director, Graphics & Embroidery leads the creative and technical execution of graphics, embroidery, and embellishments across the product portfolio and customer experience. This role bridges the gap between creative vision and production execution by partnering with cross-functional teams to translate artwork into production-ready applications optimized for various techniques and substrates. The position involves hands-on leadership with end-to-end accountability from initial feasibility and technique selection through sampling, technical documentation, and final execution.
