DeleteMe is seeking a Director of Growth to design and own an AI-native go-to-market stack, automating the entire sales funnel with LLMs and agentic workflows. This role involves building scalable systems for lead scoring, routing, and personalization while instrumenting data models for real-time attribution and pipeline velocity. The position requires a technical leader who can prototype internal tools, partner cross-functionally with marketing and sales, and build a team of GTM engineers focused on automation and speed.
