Maven Clinic is seeking a Director, GTM Operations & Architecture to own the strategy, systems, design, and reporting that power its commercial engine. This role sits at the center of Salesforce administration, accountable for business requirements and sales processes, providing the growth team with clean, trusted data and efficient workflows. The position reports to the Head of Revenue Operations and partners closely with Salesforce engineering, Commercial Strategy, Sales, and Finance to ensure systems are scalable and built for growth.

Responsibilities

Own Salesforce CRM strategy and configure systems to support end-to-end sales processes
Steward data quality and enforce process governance across GTM systems and sales funnel
Drive business analysis and program management for Salesforce initiatives and cross-functional solutions
