Director, Hardware Quality Engineering

Bevi is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director, Hardware Quality Engineering to build and lead the hardware quality organization and shape the company's quality strategy. This leader will develop a strong team, drive the long-term roadmap for product reliability and supplier quality, and ensure exceptional customer experience and operational excellence at scale. The role involves collaborating with senior leaders across Hardware Engineering, Software, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to embed quality early in the product design process.
