About this role
The Head of Biochemical Lead Profiling will lead Takeda’s biochemical lead profiling strategy within the Lab of the Future initiative, driving the design and execution of automated, AI-integrated DMTA cycles for small and large-molecule discovery. This role owns the development and implementation of miniaturized biochemical assays on robotic platforms and ensures end-to-end digitalization and data readiness to support decision-making across discovery programs. The position is based in Cambridge/Boston, MA and reports into global R&D leadership.

Qualifications
