Director, Head of Insights, Insights Practice

Madano is seeking a Director, Head of Insights to lead the Insights Practice. Reporting to the Managing Partner and as part of the Leadership team, you will set the strategic direction for a multidisciplinary team and shape the firm’s data‑driven offerings that combine data science, AI‑enabled products, and mixed‑method intelligence. The role is pivotal for driving commercial growth, deepening client relationships, and increasing Madano’s external visibility, with responsibility for scaling the practice and pursuing new opportunities. The position is full-time and aligns with a hybrid work environment.
