Director, HEOR & Value Evidence

The Director, HEOR & Value Evidence leads the generation and translation of health economics and outcomes research evidence to secure reimbursement and market differentiation for a portfolio of diagnostic and therapeutic assets. This role involves shaping the value narrative, designing clinical trial and real-world evidence studies, and supporting payer engagements to drive access and coverage. The position requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop economic models, coverage evidence packages, and clinical utility demonstrations for both therapeutic and diagnostic products.
