About this role
The Director, Higher Education Strengthening leads the HECSI platform to design and deliver a portfolio of university-focused collaboratives that accelerate higher education transformation in Africa. Reporting to the Executive Director of HECSI, the role drives strategic execution, growth, impact, and the development of partnerships to support the Foundation’s Young Africa Works goals. The Director also promotes the HECSI and Foundation brand and ensures alignment with the platform’s integrated strategy and roadmap.
