Director, HPCC Operations & Infrastructure Programs

The Director of HPCC Operations & Infrastructure Programs is the principal operating extension of the VP, responsible for establishing and sustaining the programmatic backbone that governs high-performance computing and cloud infrastructure operations. The role ensures governance, measurement, and executive-level visibility across insourced teams and outsourced service providers to align operations with Owner standards and contractual obligations. This position emphasizes program controls, auditability, and reporting rather than day-to-day technical execution.
