About this role

The Director, HR Program Delivery leads enterprise-wide people transformation initiatives, coordinating across senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment, risk mitigation, and successful adoption of change. Reporting to the Head of HR, the role also serves as a trusted advisor, preparing executive materials and acting as a liaison between HR leadership and other business functions.

Responsibilities

Drive transformation roadmap and governance across HR functions
Track progress, surface risks, and mitigate issues to keep programs on track
Own transformation reporting, executive dashboards, and steering committee materials
Lead change management strategy including communications, training, and adoption measurement
Act as trusted advisor to the Head of HR and prepare executive briefing materials
