About this role
The Director of Workforce Technology leads the organization’s workforce and HR technology ecosystem, reporting to the Executive Director of Human Resources. This role is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and strategic alignment of technology solutions that support workforce operations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. The director partners with HR, IT, Finance, and operational leaders to ensure systems are integrated, efficient, and inform workforce planning.
