Director, HR Technology

The Director, HR Technology will lead the Workday integration and establish it as the system of record for approximately 3,000 employees across North America, Europe, and Asia following the Axcelis–Veeco merger. This newly created role involves guiding organizational integration, workforce planning, and establishing a consistent employee experience worldwide. The position requires strategic leadership to shape the vision, governance, and operating model for Workday while managing an existing HRIS team.
