The Human Factors Director leads the Human Factors function for combination products and medical devices, overseeing team growth and strategic activities across development, commercialization and lifecycle management. The role ensures compliance with U.S. and global regulatory requirements for the company’s portfolio and acquisition products. The position partners extensively with cross-functional product development teams from concept through post-market surveillance.
