Director, Human Resources

The Director of Human Resources leads and develops the core HR infrastructure to support KREWE's growing organization, including HR operations, payroll, benefits, and employee relations. This role serves as a key partner to business leaders, ensuring scalable processes and policies while managing relationships with external vendors. The position also acts as the primary People partner for the retail organization, advising on organizational and employee matters to ensure a consistent employee experience.
