The Director, Hyperscale Leasing & Development serves as the business lead for assigned hyperscale development projects, overseeing lease negotiation, deal structuring, and development oversight. This role focuses on driving successful commercial outcomes across the full lifecycle of complex hyperscale developments while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. The position provides leadership and accountability from a business and asset management perspective without performing construction or project management duties.
