About this role

The Director I, Technical Assistance will lead CEO’s strategy to expand income-supported reentry employment by developing field partnerships and delivering intermediary and technical assistance services. The role designs and operationalizes support for community-based organizations, public agencies, and workforce providers while strengthening CEO’s national platform and advancing the FY26–FY30 strategic plan. Based in Atlanta with a hybrid work arrangement, the Director supervises teams and coordinates cross-functional efforts to scale resources, digital learning, and policy influence.
